Following an initial assessment with the client, MissFit will prepare a training program including goals and milestones for the client. The program will be monitored for success over the duration of the training. Nutrition suggestions and tips will be included throughout the training. MissFit’s approach is to motivate and encourage clients to successfully accomplish personal training goals. She has a reputation of knowing when to push and knowing when to back off.
